Regarding project management, we adopt the Agile development, more specifically, Scrum. The product owner, is one of the stakeholders. The Scrum Master is Jing Li, one of the team member. The product owner is accountable for ensuring that the team delivers value to the business. The Scrum master is accountable for removing impediments to the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal/deliverables. The team has a meeting once a week. Before each meeting, the Scrum master organizes standup meeting that each member answers three questions: 1. What have you done since yesterday? 2. What are you planning to do today? 3. Any impediments blocks? The team will have a brief review at the end of each meeting.
